What happens if it rains?
We’re not afraid to get wet but we do want you to be happy and comfortable on your wedding day. We will keep a keen eye on the weather forecast and have a plan B (and plan C) that we can action quickly if we need to.

– indoor spaces/venues

Can we pay by credit card?
Can we pay in installments?
What’s the best time of year to get married in Queenstown?
Any time!
Summer (Dec, Jan & Feb)
– long hot days, late sunsets, warm temperatures, but always be prepared for the weather to turn
Autumn (Mar, Apr & May)
– cool in the mornings and evenings, vibrant colours in April, lots of long weekends
Winter (Jun, Jul & Aug)
– short days, early sunsets, cold temperatures but often sunny, snow capped mountains
Spring (Sep, Oct, Nov)
– spring snow in September, temperatures and daylight hours increasing.
What dress and suit hire options do you have?
We have a wide range of attire available for hire in a variety of different styles and sizes.
Options include but are not limited to:

There is an opportunity for you to try on different styles before deciding on what’s right for you.
Where can the helicopter land for a heli-wedding?
There are heaps of different landing options for your Queenstown or Wanaka heli-wedding. Each location has a unique and beautiful view for your wedding ceremony and wedding photos.
The location you choose will likely depend on the season you’re getting married, the timing of your ceremony, the view you want for the background and your wedding budget.

Can we get a breakdown of costs for our package quote?
We do not provide an itemised breakdown of costs for two key reasons:
– We are not at liberty to disclose the pricing of the other wedding suppliers that we work with, many of which offer us generous discounts that we can pass onto you as part of your package
– the cost for each individual item can depend on the package as a whole and what mix of elements are included
We can work with you on tweaking and changing your package quote until it’s the perfect mix for you.
When will our wedding photos and wedding video be ready?
You’ll receive a selection of sneak peek images from your wedding day within 72 hours of getting married! Your complete wedding gallery will be delivered online within 12 weeks of your wedding date.
If you book professional live streaming for your wedding ceremony the recorded version will be available to you within 48 hours. If a ceremony edit video is included in your package this will also be available within the same time period. Your final highlight wedding video will be complete within 12 weeks of your wedding date
