Weâre here to mix fun vibes with professional wedding planning to create a wedding with punch and personality just for you!
Shaken and Stirred Weddings
We are good friends who have bonded over many margaritas whilst chatting non-stop wedding talk. Over years in the wedding industry weâve worked on hundreds of weddings of all shapes and sizes, and our favourite weddings are those where couples have let their personalities shine through.
From writing your own wedding vows and taking shots of tequila with your witnesses, to bright red wedding dresses and mountain top photo shoots, we embrace and encourage the unique and offbeat.
So, we decided to combine forces and offer you the opportunity to experience the wedding day youâve always wanted, or maybe didnât even know you could have!
With a focus on micro-weddings for just you two or with up to 30 guests, we do all the work, coordinate your fun, friendly and professional wedding crew, and keep your glasses topped up throughout!
Kellie!
Kellie is one of the ladies behind the lens who will capture your amazing Queenstown wedding day photos. Originally from Canada, Kellie has made New Zealand her home with hubby Abe since 2012.
Sheâs passionate about sustainability, adores her doggos Mango and Bay, collects tattoos and loves to travel. Kellie is also a keen stargazer and enjoys astro photography under the stars.
Kellie is supremely talented at putting together all the parts of your wedding or elopement into a stress free dream of a day - she is the ultimate wedding mixologist!Her favourite cocktail is anything with gin, but she will never turn down a decent margarita!

To create a meaningful connection with you we offer in-person or online chats to discuss your wedding plans and ideas, listen with an open mind, and respond promptly and consciously. Plus, we give you the real âusâ, all day, every day⊠selfie smiles, dog walks, cocktails and dodgy dance moves included! This means you can be 100% yourself with us, which makes for an awesome wedding day experience and the best natural wedding photos to match.
We take various measures to maintain our environmental connection. These include:Â
- planting five native trees for every wedding with Trees That CountÂ
- off-setting the carbon emissions from helicopter flights with Heliworks
- engaging with local suppliers to keep travel minimal
- partnering with local florists to personally compost floral waste to save it going to landfill
Plus, we are continuously seeking more opportunities to reduce, re-use and recycle in all stages of wedding planning and on your wedding day.

Our online wedding planning menu is specifically designed with respect in mind as we make absolutely no assumptions and instead allow you to tell us what you want us to know. We love to listen and learn about you, and you can share as much or as little as you like, to create an authentic wedding day experience that feels 100% yours.
To respect TÄhuna, Queenstown, and the place where we deliver your beautiful wedding day, your celebrant will begin your wedding ceremony by greeting the land and acknowledging its descendants.
You will also notice us use Te-Reo (the MÄori language) in our communications with you throughout the planning process and during your ceremony.
We also secure permission and permits on your behalf for use of land when necessary, and strive to leave every location in the same state as we find it.
The core value of experience begins from your very first contact with us, continues through the whole planning process, includes putting all those plans into action on your wedding day, and concludes by taking care of any follow up details.
