If you are looking for the perfect Christmas cocktail we have you covered with our December cocktail of the month, raspberry mojito. Not only are they dressed for Christmas they are so yum we served them as our cocktail for our launch/Xmas party 🍹If you’re lucky enough to have raspberries and mint in your garden then you are set to go, and if not frozen raspberries will work just defrost them first. Recipe: - throw some raspberries in a tumbler or shaker - add mint, don’t be afraid to tear it up a bit - smash it all together, a wooden spoon will do the trick - add a splash of simple syrup (1 part water to 1 part sugar, I cook mine slightly to make it thick but don’t burn it) - lime juice, we used about a half a fresh lime per drink - RUM. So we didn’t really measure but don’t be shy. Depending on your glass size you will want 1-2 shots per drink. We prefer a good quality white rum for this tasty beverage. - shake!!!! - top with some sparkling water and stir Tadaa! A refreshing and extremely tasty summer cocktail, enjoy! Their ceremony at Cecil Peak was carefully timed to make use of a short break in the weather and when the rain came back it made for some moody photos deep in Skippers Canyon and along Panorama Terrace. COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH: Blueberry & Ginger Gin Cool COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH: Blueberry & Ginger Gin Cooler 😋 Swipe to the end for the cheers!! Weddings aren't the only thing we like to get creative with, we LOVE a good cocktail too! This recipe makes a small pitcher for 2 people so it's perfect for couples wanting a fruity and refreshing drink on a warm spring day 🌼 1. Grab a small pitcher or jug and throw in a heaped cup of blueberries (either fresh or defrosted from frozen) 2. Add about 1.5 tablespoons of finely grated ginger and smash that all together 3. Pour in 3 shots of gin (plus an extra splash for good measure) along with 3 tablespoons of lime juice and a good glug of simple syrup (about 2 tablespoons but add more to taste) 4. Give it all a good stir 5. Add ice, top up with soda water, and give another quick stir 5. Pour into glasses. Makes 2 drinks. Give it a try and let us know how you get on!
